Where do you get your molds from?

We are proud to say that there are absolutely no molds in our trophy creation process. The acrylic is cut, machined, shaped, sanded, and then polished to a brilliant luster- all by hand. From start to finish, each piece goes through a series of processes and is inspected at each stage along the way.  Resulting, is a flawless finished piece that even the most discriminating recipient will enjoy.

I need my order right away. Can you complete it?

We will do our absolute best to have your pieces completed, shipped, and in your hands when you need them!   On tight deadlines, we will tell you up front if there isn't adequate time to get your order complete. We've been known to complete custom rush orders in just one day's time. We strive to have many of our pieces ready to assemble so the majority of the time needed is for engraving services or silk screening (if needed).

I really like a certain style of trophy but it is just outside of my budget range. What can I do?

Not a problem!  If requested, we can create our pieces slightly smaller or decrease the material thickness used, to fit within your budget.

Can you make your pieces larger?

Yes! We can create the pieces on any scale using the same proportions.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes! We have several discount levels depending on the number of pieces ordered. Please see our Quantity Discount Chart.

How do I pay for my order?

On orders greater than $100.00 we require 50% at the start of the order with the remaining balance due at the completion. You may also prepay your order. We accept checks, debit cards, all major credit cards and money orders payable is U.S. dollars.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are based upon ground shipping (3-4 business days). Please see our Shipping Chart.  Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Air services are available at an additional cost. Please contact us for an exact quote for your order.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes! We ship worldwide. The shipping charges on international orders are billed at the actual shipping rate. Please contact us for an exact quote.

Is there a minimum quantity that I must order?

No. You may order any number of pieces desired, 1 or 10,000+.
